Welcome to Hotel Sofia Golden Sands, one of the most cozy and inviting holiday destinations on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. Situated just 150 metres from the beautiful beaches of Golden Sands, our hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, relaxation and excellent service. Varna city centre is 18 km away, while Varna Airport is located 25 km from the hotel.
The hotel features a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, a large outdoor swimming pool, and a private beach. Each stay reserved with all-inclusive board includes the use of 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room at the private beach (subject to availability). Sunbeds cannot be reserved in advance.
Hotel Sofia offers 136 modern and elegantly furnished rooms and apartments, with views of either the sea or the surrounding park.accommodation features central air conditioning, a private balcony, TV, hairdryer and a safety deposit box (available at an additional charge). A minibar is available upon request and at an extra cost. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to an additional charge.
Guests can choose between two meal plans:
Half Board – Includes breakfast and dinner, as well as access to the outdoor swimming pool.
All Inclusive– Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served athotel bars, access to the private beach, beach bar, swimming pool, and a wide range of additional services designed for a carefree holiday.
Our Main Restaurant Sofia serves a rich buffet with international and local cuisine. Three times a week, guests can enjoy themed dinner evenings featuring Bulgarian, Italian and Romanian specialties.
Relax with a refreshing drink at the Lobby Bar, enjoy cocktails by the Pool Bar, or unwind at the Beach Bar overlooking the sea.
For a unique culinary experience, visit our à la carte restaurant Mediterraneo, offering a carefully selected Mediterraneanmenu. Guests staying 7 nights or more receive one complimentary dinner with prior reservation at least one day in advance at the reception.
Additional complimentary services include luggage storage, baby cots (upon prior request), outdoor fitness area, table tennis, and a varied daily animation programme for both adults and children, including a Mini Disco for our youngest guests.
Guests can also rent our branded bicycles for an additional charge and explore the beautiful surroundings of Golden Sands.
Unguarded parking with controlled access is available for extra fee. The hotel also offers an electric vehicle charging station for an additional fee.
